1. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
We provide a one-year local warranty for medical parts and service. Accessories and filters are excluded.
2. HOW TO USE? CAN IT RUN FOR 24HRS CONTINUOUSLY?
Yes, all OWGELS Oxygen Concentrators are made to run for 24 hours continuously. The ideal voltage for our oxygen concentrators is 220V.

3. WHERE IS IT MADE?
OWGELS is a German brand with medical sieves from France. They are assembled in China.
4. IS THERE A PARTS AND SERVICE CENTER?
Yes, the address of the service center can be found in the warranty card that comes with the product.
5. WHERE CAN WE BUY OWGELS?
Owgels concentrators can be found in various medical supply stores nationwide as well as online platforms in Lazada, Shopee, and other authorized online resellers.

6. WHAT TYPE OF WATER SHOULD BE POURED INTO THE HUMIDIFIER BOTTLE?
We recommend using purified or distilled water. The water level should at least reach the MINIMUM VOLUME stated on the bottle but never exceed the MAXIMUM VOLUME.
7. ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS?
The 5L and 1L oxygen concentrators have the nebulizer function. The 3L oxygen concentrator has the anion function, which eliminates harmful air particles.
8. CAN I RESERVE AN OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR?
As much as we would like to accommodate reservations, we cannot since our products are sold via Lazada/Shopee.
